Income Verification (copies for all borrowers)
_____ Most recent paycheck stubs covering one full month of income
_____ W-2 forms for the previous 2 years
Self-Employed OR Commission Income
_____ Personal Federal Income Tax Returns with all schedules for the past 2 years
_____ Corporate OR Partnership Tax Returns for the past 2 years
_____ Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement, signed and dated
Retired
_____ Pension Income annual award letter or 1099 forms for previous 2 years
_____ Social Security Income award letter for current year
Asset Verification (copies for all borrowers)
_____ Two most recent checking and savings account statements (all pages)
_____ Retirement accounts (IRA, 401k, 403b, etc.) and stocks, bonds, etc. may be requested later if needed
Misc. (copies for all borrowers)
_____ Driver’s licenses
_____ Divorce Decree
_____ Bankruptcy papers and discharge
_____ Homeowner’s Insurance policy number, agent, phone number
_____ Copy of current mortgage statement
_____ Purchase Contract fully executed
